We Are Living in a Lawless Time and Under Lawless Officials

It’s a well understood principle of physics that it takes a long time to turn a ship around and it takes a long time to bring a fully loaded train to a stop. That same idea could be applied to social phenomena. There are multiple mass movements, threads of related behaviors and choices that’re quickly developing into lawlessness.

The following examples are all taken from news stories that appeared just this week and as such, they represent just a sample that are representative of a trend developing as if overnight. It’s hard to imagine some of the details even a month ago. A month from now, they may be unimaginably further along.

When black juries don’t want to convict black defendants: The sentiment was expressed in a legal case this week. It’s a natural extension of the philosophy embodied by Black Lives Matter and by the Defund The Police movements as well as broader calls to redistribute wealth through professionally organized theft . If juries are comprised of peers in an entirely black community, it’s theoretically possible for black communities to absolve all their criminal members of consequences for their crimes. Importing outsiders might be rightly construed as racist intrusion. If these theoretical choices are made by whole jurisdictions, they will have become lawless. There are plenty of statistics suggesting that plenty of black communities retain a consensus for law and order and that this because a disproportionate incidence of violent crime is black on black, and yet, something is new here; the prospect of whole jurisdictions embracing anarchy through the entire gambit of legal system procedures.

When Nationwide School threats can be carried out with impunity: This week, a Tik Tok video went viral proclaiming ‘shoot up your school’ day. The threat was determined to be not credible, and yet its existence proved otherwise. No shooting occurred, but some schools closed, many had reduced attendance and a school day was interrupted nationwide. The ‘fake’ threat was a success. It was not just the threat that defined the threat; it was more so the predictable reaction of millions of schools, teachers, parents, and students, all demonstrating varying levels of fear to what was essentially a terrorist threat. The event provides a template for repeated stunts. For the act to be repeated, any perpetrator can act with impunity if they have the skill set to not be traced as a source and if it isn’t repeated into redundancy. It potentially informs an even wider range of mass disruptions causing lawlessness.

Smash and grab: These well publicized thefts in progressive led cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City have escalated to the point that they’re raking in tens of millions of dollars and are led by professional crews. These thefts represented a new threshold of lawlessness in those jurisdictions. Also, this week, California cities and Governor Newsome are starting to reverse the Defund the Police movement that led to these crime blights in the first place. Some observers, say it’s too little too late. Defund the Police was just one component leading to the anarchy.

Soros’ District Attorneys: These same and other cities have District Attorneys hand-picked and financed by George Soros. They are in office. They are bought and paid for. They are there to maximize lawlessness under the guise and definition of ‘justice’ as defined by Critical Race Theory and other Marxist ideologies. They were placed in office by addled voters swayed by hundreds of millions of dollars in corrupt money. This is lawlessness pre-programmed into the whole fabric of the legal system of these jurisdictions. To change this, it would be necessary to change the hearts of millions of addled progressive voters that accepted the premises of their ultra-progressive executives, legislatures, and judicial office holders. These voters have received exactly what the wished and what they paid for. They cannot just flip a switch, send in more blue uniforms and expect it to stop. It goes so much deeper than that now.

Lawlessness is a ship or a train that cannot be easily stopped or turned around. It self-generates and spreads like a virus. It disproportionately affects the poor first, stripping them of what little they have. It takes on a life of its own. Small time desperate criminals trying to feed their family give way to local organized gangs, then extra local enterprises, and finally to widespread crime syndicates that displace the elected officials that facilitated their rise in the first place. Civil government becomes puppets of the criminals. Under these conditions, there are not constitutional rights or processes to protect the individual. Ultimately, the very government sworn to protect the everyman becomes the literal criminal, going through the motions of moving through a legal process but acting diametrically opposite of the law and making a mockery of it all the same. We see it now in the highest office in the land where the Biden family ran a foreign influence for sale enterprise through Hunter Biden that remarkably is still in business through Hunter’s ‘art’ sales to anonymous foreigners and we see it in his weaponized Justice Department, fully politicized and using that department to persecute, harass and try to eliminate all political rivals, including the false flag operation of 1/6. We are all under a regime that exercises lawlessness. A ship is not easily turned around and a train is not easily stopped.
