What does the Trump indictment mean? I know what everyone says it means and I know how to read a consensus so that’s not directly what I’m talking about. As for the probable course that the actual judicial process will go, I’ve already addressed that. The only thing I might add to that analysis is that once Trump’s mugshot is taken, and when it appears on a T-shirt, I’m buying it. Seriously. My hope there is that it’s done in the manner of Johnny Cash. This will be part of the great crushing counterwave that results from Biden’s – Soros’s – Bragg’s strategic mistake.
The take that’s getting slim if any attention are the contingencies that will result if this spins out of control. I see that as somewhere between very possible and probable. The aforementioned team has already acted in desperation and that’s why we’re where we are at this moment. I don’t think that’s yet fully appreciated. The scope of desperation necessary to pull such a stupid move was one of two things: political suicide or a prelude to an attempted crackdown perhaps comparable to Marshall law. Consider the immediate blowback from Republicans. ‘All Bets Are Off’ says the headline in the New York Post. Did team Biden not anticipate that? Republicans are good at big words and bad on follow through, but I think they’ll stiffen their lip this time if the case lasts more than a few weeks. Here are the prospects for team Biden now. One) Drop the case and lose. Two) Lose the case and lose. Three) Win the case in some jungle kangaroo jurisdiction and lose the election by a landslide. Is anyone anticipating a Four? Four) Lose the election or manifestly be losing the campaign and pull out the stops by essentially declaring a functional ‘civil war’.
What would this look like? ‘One Two Three Four, I Declare, Civil War?’ Certainly not like that kids hand game. It would include executive orders like gun bans and confiscation (even though such bans would not stand up in court), making protests into hate crimes, making protected speech into hate crimes, making everything into terrorism, all calculated to force protests. The protests would result in massive arrests, massive psy-ops perpetrated by major media to justify an array of escalating abuses. If all else fails, elections would be put on hold. Under a certain set of conditions, it would be pretty easy to accuse all of Republicans and conservatives of starting a civil war that team Biden had compelled by acting fully out of his constitutional authority. Declaring his opponents at war will be his justification for pausing elections and other atrocities. Any congressional opposition would be accused of the same and arrested for seditions and treason. All of this has some degree of precedent in the January 6 sting and two years of trials and persecutions since. January 6 was a model, a dry run, a template. They WILL use this template again at some point prior to or at the 2024 election.
Could this all be for real? As I started out saying, I see that as somewhere between very possible and probable. Guaranteed as in the whole package? Not – quite – yet. Nevertheless, this is where Republican and conservative leaders should be focusing. This is now an all or nothing sum zero game for both team Biden (led in the shadows by Barak Obama and Soros) and Trump. Both sides have essentially vowed to exterminate the other. The next eighteen months is the showdown.
