It’s now been a month since the general election. Election fraud litigation continues to this day and likely for the next month, up to the day of certification, if that takes place as planned. There are some that are in full denial that election fraud occurred. It’s quite striking. The news feeds I access are showing live testimony from sworn witnesses, even security video, showing apparent fraud in the counting floor. There are reams of affidavits, legally binding documents, and there are multiple studies on fraud patterns that show the ridiculous disparities from normal elections, and still, otherwise intelligent individuals – not even Democrat operatives, are still swearing in absolutes, that ‘There was NO fraud!’ What’s wrong with this picture?
Who can know? After all, none of us millions upon millions of people that were not election workers in certain key places can do anything but rely on media reports. In that regard, are we not on equal footing? Do any of us have time to follow Rudy Giuliani around sixteen hours a day, even electronically? Of course not. We all have our media; they have theirs’ and I have mine. I can see their media; they either do not see mine or they’ve fallen into a pattern of automatically discrediting anything but their sources as crazy ‘conspiracy theorist’, (a popular but mindless shutoff valve). Their loss. I do read their media, the daily dose of multiple headlines declaring NO fraud. And then like the past two mornings, I watch on my media sites, video of fraud taking place. Is that view proof? Am I interpreting it right? In a war of media consumption, do my sources have all the burden of proof and the deniers have none? Our positions are nowhere equal. If only half of my sources and interpretation are accurate, my position is still 100% correct and to the extent that their claim of no fraud is made in the absolute, they are 100% wrong.
The courts are cited as living proof that Trump’s legal team is wrong. But courts are not the final arbiters of truth, but rather expedience; that’s why there’s such things as statutes of limitations, plea bargains, and appeals processes. If something is not legally actionable at one court level, it doesn’t mean that it didn’t happen. Maybe deniers would regard almighty courts differently if a perpetrator of a crime against their family skipped punishment over a child molestation or rape of a spouse. Not enough evidence to meet the DA’s legal threshold? Didn’t happen? In this election fraud case, it’s not unexpected to see state courts punt in the name of expediency if not outright cowardice; that is still a thing you know, especially in a system where doxing and reprisals are a daily occurrence from the pathological left. There’s an almost impossible timeline to meet before the election must be certified nationally. Nevertheless, the jury is literally still ‘out’. Rather than looking to courts solely for ‘proof, maybe a more nuanced view would be in order. Perhaps admit that there is some fraud but hold it as an article of blind faith that it isn’t enough evidence to change numerical outcomes, or perhaps, admit that the case is being killed on procedural issues.
Maybe the deniers remain pre-primed Never-Trumpers held-over from the campaign. Categorically NO to any and every pro-Trump insinuation that could ever be made. After all, they swallowed Biden. They’ll still be swallowing him and his pre-appointed soon to be successor, even after the treasonous Hunter affair sees more light of the day, and Biden’s complicity in the 2016 Obama-Clinton coup attempt of the new administration. It. Doesn’t. Matter. The Biden Democrats could build a palace for Xi Jinping on the Washington DC Mall and it wouldn’t matter to these Never-Trumpers. So reason with these people?
I see an inability of these people to be reflective. Wave their hand, spout a never-Trumpism, maybe a Russia this-or-that, and think that 70+ million voters are deluded? That’s special, a special kind of arrogance. Would it not show more character to just say, “my side cheated, and we won, deal with it”? At least they’d remain integral with two truths, the facts of the election and their own motives. But even there, what kind of monster feels good about that kind of America with a puppet leader that carries such a tarnished mandate?
