Just a few days into the American nirvana that is Joe Biden, it is with head shaking that I read of the voter’s ‘buyer’s remorse’ coming so quickly. Many someone’s did not do their homework. It would actually be pretty hilarious if it wasn’t so tragic. What. Did. They. Think. Would. Happen?!
Lets’ count the ways. This is not an exhaustive list nor a complete spectrum of interests, but it is a significant list considering that Biden is only 5 days in as I write these words.
Mitch McConnel and the Senate: Why is it that best bud to Joe, Mitch, was surprised that Joe suddenly didn’t act like a long-standing colleague as he started to ram the far-left agenda through on day one? This isn’t his first rodeo…I thought. Unity? Maybe it wasn’t helped along when Mitch fingered an unconstitutional impeachment hearing endorsement. Maybe Joe took that as a signal of consent on everything else.
Coming $4+ gas: I know liberals are as much sheeples as anyone but are they that ignorant of petro-economics? And about that pipeline: Did you know that Warren Buffet – Democrat, makes a killing, shipping by rail, every barrel of the same oil that would have been shipped through that pipeline? Same oil, travelling over the same land, same or greater environmental risk….so put on your thinking cap and wonder who wants high fuel prices and why?
Jobs: With the pipeline and drilling permits shot down, so goes a whole industry, out of work. But they all voted for Trump? The targeted job destruction isn’t all that different in principle from Josef Stalin starving the Ukraine. Punish your enemies. See you again in 2022.
Unions: see ‘Jobs’. What the &^%%&* were they thinking when they endorsed Joe? Did they not believe the whole green new deal rhetoric? How many hundreds of thousands of jobs and family livelihoods will be affected? So these people maybe didn’t all vote Trump this time but ‘hello’! Again, see you in 2022.
Covid: 2020 – ‘I have a plan’! 2021 – ‘We can expect this to get a lot worse over the next months’. Well, he did promise a “dark winter”, he really did! Maybe if anyone had noticed that his plan was to borrow elements that Trump had already done, you’d notice that there was no added value on his part. Far from it. Instead, you can expect the tried and true worst outcomes borrowed from failed Democrat jurisdictions.
China: Nobody cares about China YET. But at least they can now again sell us critical components for our electric grid, enabling them to hack into it in the future. They are buzzing Taiwan with military ships and jets in a show of military dominance even as I write these words. I’m not sure where that fits on the Bernie-AOC spectrum of interests, but I do know why Soros is invested in what may well prove to be a grand-mal military humiliation for the United States. How about you average progressives? What part of this do you like?
Mexico: Who’s happy that Mexico will get 5 billion of our [fake printed] money in the age of Covid – when you just had to settle for that $600? Who’s really happy that border crossers can now suddenly again wait out immigration proceedings on our soil – on our dime? Hey liberal Larry and progressive Karen in ex-urb USA, does this help your liberalism in anyway?
Women: Congratulations – you no longer have women’s athletics because the gender dysphoric boy -now tranny, that sat in the back of your class can now ram his way into winning all of your sports contests after a few shots of estrogen. And he WILL do just that! Put that realization in the bank of inherited manifest guilt for our patriarchal society…Huh?! How does that even work?!
The Left: Forever discontent to the nth degree, never happy, never enough guilt and destruction.
Basically everyone: Apparently, you’re NOT getting that additional $2000 check! They got your vote, that’s all that matters. If you’re in this group of disappointed, I doubt that you’ll yet be awake by 2022.
You can’t go backwards now, only forwards. Things are going to get much-much worse before they get better.
