So far, in less than a week, we have three different takes on the Omicron Covid variant. One) first and foremost, we know next to nothing about it. Two) It could be really bad. Three) – from on-the-ground medical observations, it’s really mild. From those factors, we have gargantuan fear being circulated by the media, on cue – almost like they were all given the same talking points; we have the pandemic tribunal, Fauci, WHO, CDC, et al, Pfizer, Moderna, the Democrat machine, Biden, etc, all in one accord pushing maximum, fear. But I have a stark revelation that what they may be fearing may be very different than what you and I think they’re fearing.
I’m indebted to another writer for a passing thought on the Omicron Covid variant. Its already believed to be mild by those who are actually treating it. It might even be comparable to a common cold in severity. Sure, there are probable risk among high-risk patients, but this may be a truly tame version of Covid, one that is actually worth most of us getting for immunity’s sake.
In epidemiology, there are two trade-offs. Lethality goes up, transmissibility goes down because the pathogen kills people before it can spread, or , lethality goes down so that the happy germ can propagate itself to the maximum extent possible. Most common pathogens choose the latter, like colds and flues. Yes, there are exceptions, but they are few. The very old and infirm are always at greater risk.
What if the Omicron variant is allowed to saturate the United States and other countries and we all – mostly get a ‘cold’ like sickness from it? We know that contracting Covid is a better immunization than Pfizer and Moderna because unlike those ‘vaccines’, they do not prevent further transmission and they are increasingly also allowing breakthrough cases. What if we all eventually know that, where does that leave Pfizer and Moderna?
I’m starting to wonder if that is the real cause for alarm amongst the Pharma-Progressive-Democrat regime. Even if Omicron turns out to not be the one or the only one that puts the nail in the coffin of the fear regime, this nevertheless provides a template for how this thing that seems like it will never end, that there is indeed a way. There is hope.
