It occurs to me that a pathology of the progressive Democrat regime and its steadfast enablers has taken shape enough to say it is now a part of their core identity. It isn’t a fad or phase, an urge or a tic. It’s who they are, in their DNA. Not too long ago, there were common values for both Democrats and Republicans, traditional liberals and conservatives, but no more. Progressive Democrats have now become the sworn life enemy of a set of values and positions still held primarily by conservatives but certainly to include many Independents as a well. It’s helpful to see this in black and white, to count the boards in the progressive platform. They’re now ‘black and white’ on a lot of major issues and they show no sign of abating or backing off; it’s their way or the highway. Only time will tell if they’ll win over the majority, but in the meantime, they’ve grown accustomed to obtaining much of their agenda primarily by executive decree, judicial fiat, and bureaucratic regulation. Here are some of the things they despise, the heinous crimes of conservatives Republicans:
- Secure elections: A secure election is an election that can’t be swayed by corrupt methods like allowing ineligible voters, ballot harvesting, ballot dumping, and election machine tampering. Progressives will vote against securing those flaws every time. Every. Single. Time.
- Winning elections: Surprise surprise, maybe you thought that protesting an election win was a Republican trait. Read the prior position. Republicans only object to non-secure elections. Democrats object to Republicans winning elections, period. There’s a difference. You now hear statements suggesting that no Republican win is a legitimate win because there are now Democrats who no longer believe in an opposition party. Of course they’re OK with winning their own election, or just as well with stealing it by fraud. It makes no difference to them. The ends justify the means.
- Noticing inflation: You may notice that Biden and friends have suddenly made a crime out of Republicans and John Q Normal noticing and objecting to inflation that is plainly eating almost 10% of their paycheck this year. Again, read the prior position. If noticing inflation causes you to reflect on Democrat failures and not to elect them, then your noticing inflation is the problem, not inflation itself. Inflation is the inevitable by-product of perpetual catastrophic government spending, a value they have embraced whole heartedly. They know they can’t have one without the other, so they embrace inflation and so should you, in their mind. The fact that you don’t embrace it makes you evil.
- Not swallowing their January 6th circus: Normal people believe that the tiny minority who broke real laws at the Capitol on January 6th 2020 should be proportionately and fairly punished and that every other aspect of the kangaroo proceedings are A) a blatantly political pogrom against Trump and his followers, more worthy of a corrupt third-world regime, B) a counter-offensive coverup for the corrupt and treasonous actions of the FBI and all those who directed them to orchestrate the sting, C) a vain attempt at one-party rule. Consequently, not swallowing their January 6th circus is itself a crime.
- Follow immigration law: Law bad, lawlessness good on this one. It’s about that plain for progressive Democrats. Why bother with pesky laws when you have a ‘great replacement’ objective to fulfill. ‘Law bad’ is so much easier. Now that that’s their ethic, those who advocate for following law are haters.
- Energy: If you believe in energy, it’s production [extraction] and use – they tend to go together – you hate the earth. Energy is a crime. This has become the top-level religion for progressives, the umbrella under which you must be controlled and subjugated. Cars, capitalism, meat – these must ultimately all be banished and outlawed under the pretense of climate change, all caused by energy use. Of course, read the fine print and an exception applies only to progressive elites because of their role in ‘saving the world’ from destruction.
- Being against crime: Everyone knows that objection to crime is simply code for what they label racism, or more directly, the unspoken pretense that being against crime disproportionately affects blacks in many cities. This, like climate, is also a religious tenant. Therefore, being against crime is a crime. If you weren’t such a capitalist pig, you wouldn’t sympathize with smashed and grabbed shop owners. If you were appropriately ashamed of your whiteness, you’d better understand your assailant when you were mugged or pushed onto the subway tracks or raped and beat senseless.
- Live births: It’s somehow curious how the fount of peoples’ very existence has come to be so demonized and despised such that abortions are literally celebrated and smashing an infant’s skull while in the birth canal has become cause for special celebration, a central plank in the Democrat machine platform. There is no room for dissent here at all. In fact, when they had the opportunity to nationally legislate limited abortions prior to the Supreme Court ‘Dobbs’ decision, the Progressive Democrats ruled that they’d take no guaranteed abortion before they gave up the right to infanticide. Live births are abhorrent to them.
- Parental rights: Following the cycle of life right along, the notion of parental rights is anathema to progressive Democrats, that’s why they protest them so much in school boards across the country. Once children survive the transit outside of their mothers’ loins, they become the property of the state. More specifically, they become the targets of the childless perverts woven into the education system for whom they see your child as their possession to mold in any way they seem fit. The notion that you should form a child according to your values is seen as crass oppression by you, the obviously inept criminal guardian that you are.
- Family: Anyone who has the audacity to form and enjoy a family, something that has become unattainable to so many others – often by choice – is unacceptable on so many levels. No one has a right to have and enjoy something that others do not have.
- CIS: Even more fundamental than family, knowing and accepting the gender function that you were born with is becoming the ultimate crime against humanity. The notion that you should not have to question the use and purpose of your penis or vagina and breasts is profoundly offensive to the evolved progressive Democrat, who now enshrines their personal ambiguity in the collective enforced law of their ideological peers. For this crime, you must repent, embrace the ever-present gender dysphoria of all humanity, realized or unrealized, and swear to propagate it as part of your life mission. Otherwise, you’re guilty and have no right other than to live in shame.
