The videos are gruesome. A white middle school-aged boy is crouching in the boy’s bathroom, surrounded by a gang of at least 5 or 6 much larger boys, all black. First the boy is pushed up against a wall, then beat with a running swing, knocking him off his feet. His head hits the tile floor hard, hard enough that a concussion at least is certain, but he isn’t knocked out. He lays there barely protecting his head with one hand but is otherwise prone. The first attacker lays a kick into his face while a second one leaps into the air intent on a direct hit to his head but misses and it glances off his shoulder. Another boy leans over and lays 1,2,3,4 quick swings toward the boys face. His hand is still up but there’s no other sign of consciousness. There’s some pushing and shoving, a couple of the attackers turn out of the camera frame and the reel ends with several passive kids looking on as the camera recording ceases.
On the city street, an older man stands directly curbside. He might be white or Asian, maybe homeless, his face is away from the camera that’s held by someone partially concealed, maybe next to or behind some scaffolding that’s ubiquitous in NYC nowadays. A 20-something black guy, maybe mentally disturbed, maybe strung out on drugs, is positioned somewhat to the left behind the older man on the curb. He appears to be struggling with something small, a couple objects that he’s pulled out of his pockets. This goes on for moments that seem to last a long time, until the camera person is startled to recognize that the objects are a handgun and magazine that have just been loaded with rounds. The cameraman shuffles and the scene is interrupted by his apparent effort to get or remain concealed, but we see gun raised to the old man’s head, the man even now still oblivious to what’s going on behind him until the shot is fired, killing him.
One, Scott Adams, the cartoonist that has created ‘Dilbert’ for decades, is now largely cancelled because he announced that whites should flee from black communities based on his interpretation of results of a Rassmussen poll that revealed a near split among blacks on whether it was ‘OK to be white’. This was further augmented as Democrats, black leaders, and influencers weighed in. Adams’ announcement reflects the shock he felt to learn just how many blacks view whites as racists and how many woke white activists are fueling that view. Based on that evidence, the uptick – in some cities, approaching a free for all – in explicitly race based crime, to include assaults, murder, or widespread rioting and looting based on ideology about ‘equity’, this evidence underscores the Rassmussen poll. Scott Adams is a well-known public figure so reaction to his declaration was swift and hard. Multiple outlets carrying his work ceased to do so within days, some within hours.
Conservative media provides news that others will not touch, but more so, free media/social platforms will show what doesn’t fit within the programming constraints of major media outlets, even if conservative. What’s coming out from behind the veil is not just new or more exposure, it has a shocking ugliness that is unpalatable to a general audience, but it is nevertheless, unvarnished truth that needs to be seen to believe. Maybe this violence was here all along and it just wasn’t shown, but to any doubters, we know from crime statistics that violence sorted by racial parameters shows a clear pattern: white on black is proportionately rare, black on black violence is and has been an uncontrolled and yet ignored flood, and black on white violence, never at a level to be systemically alarmed about, is beginning to soar. Furthermore, the rhetoric broadcast in direct or indirect support of black on white violence is proliferating in step with actual violence.
Six months ago, I’d run across videos, maybe once a month if that, showing the kinds of violence I started out describing. Now it’s two or three a day. It’s coincided directly with activist district attorneys working to abolish bail, critical race theory being pushed through schools, government, and corporations, but most especially with Democrat rule in key cities and districts. Hate crime against whites is openly tolerated, even from office holders, it’s becoming protected practice…because “white supremacy”. Polls show that blacks are evenly divided. Half of blacks are in favor of integration and coexistence with whites, and the other half are not. Half. Into this mix stepped Scott Adams.
As described by Adams, [paraphrased here], he previously endorsed a view of benevolence toward blacks reflecting a belief in the now traditional notion that integration results in improvement in the lives and circumstances of blacks. He seems to have been shocked by the swift wholesale shift into woke ideology that has supplanted traditional integration, despite weak insincere denials to the contrary. As I recently write: “It’s becoming increasingly unclear whether the lefteven believes in racial integration anymore. It’s at best bi-polar; they want it if it involves the government forcing economic advantages that they could not obtain via merit but otherwise are more interested in segregation, particularly if they perceive some underlying punishment for any non-blacks involved.” Then there are the videos. These videos do not come from random communities around the US. They come almost exclusively from cities and jurisdictions that have long-term Democrat control and are now openly embracing woke racial ideology. Woke office holders, judiciaries, and education systems are mouthing what gets played out on the streets and in school bathrooms. Scott Adams decided, there is no more hope for these communities. They’ve rejected several generations of assistance totaling trillions of dollars. Now they just want to beat the white kid and smash grab the corner 7-11.
The only or primary problem with Scott Adams’ statements, aside from whether they were tactically wise, (probably not), is that he didn’t address the half of black population that does want integration, police protection, and peaceable co-existence with the whites in their community. This is substantial omission, but it is not one that his critics are at all concerned with. For his critics, they viewed his outlook as an easy automatic pretext to throw in the “racist” card, used to summarily disconnect from any discussion of the matter. In so doing, the critics of Scott Adams validated an implied assumption of his charges. The woke, both black and white, have no interest in engaging any alternatives to the belief system and course they’ve chosen. There is no discussion, only demands and if they aren’t met, yet to be revealed further violence. It’s a war already in progress and it’s just getting started.
If you, your family lives in proximity to woke cities, populations, institutions and governments, Scott Adams’ council to leave is valid. As to how saturated that ideology needs to be in your locality to act, only you can make that decision. Maybe woke will blow over in a few years but as social movements go, that isn’t likely. If you have children, the decision is far more critical. The impressionable span of life called childhood is short and incredibly vulnerable. It’s a one and only chance that if marred by a beat down at school and chaos in the classroom, can never be fully recovered. For adults, it’s a risk assessment for your safety and for the economic viability and choices in your town. Consider for example, what life will be like now that all Walmarts are pulling out of the city of Portland. Furthermore, everyone needs to consider what the next level of destruction will look like. Maybe for your town, that would be equivalent to what is happening in Portland. Look next to South Africa as a model of the next order of chaos. Minnesota seems to be going that direction or even Maryland where there is a proposal to eliminate felony classifications for capital murder if the assailant is under 25 years old. This could equate as a free license for young people to murder or be employed as a hit man with minimal consequences. The urban areas of Maryland could easily become the next least hospitable place in the country.
I will be called racist for discussing this issue and you will also for considering it. The fallout for being regarded as racist by the dysphoric woke left is negligible next to and compared with the tragedy that will be visited on you if you are the direct recipient of violence proliferating because of leftist woke ideology. Some things are worse than being called racist.
