In a military conflict, a side that is not willing to take any casualties has already lost because there will always be casualties and if the alternate is defeat, then that is the choice already made. Translating that to Covid, we’re in a situation where governments, especially liberal governments, are unwilling to see any deaths, hospitalizations, or sickness as a public health policy. They have already defined and consigned themselves to absolute defeat. It is not a standard that they apply to any other form of mortality including those related to illnesses and yet they insist on doing so with Covid. Now Covid is a unique strange hybrid disease that is not fully understood yet and it may very well be that it’ll never be defeated, that it may always recur, even with vaccinations. What then shall they do?
What we’re witnessing now is whole countries, perhaps whole continents in the case of Europe, and liberal states here stateside, that have already consigned themselves to absolute defeat and that on more than one front. They will not tolerate mortalities without locking down their society, without bankrupting their resources, and ultimately weakening themselves relative to other states that take an alternate path; it’s really quite Darwinian if you think of it. Fearing any death, they will have many deaths, nevertheless. Fearing any infection, they will still have many infections. Fearing even civil and public gatherings, they will either quickly extinguish themselves socially from within or else set off a rebellion in which case a successful rebellion might be their only chance of salvation.
What’s presently happening in places like Austria and the Netherlands will also happen to their neighbors as well; unfortunately, that is now part of the national character of many EU nations. When it comes to European governments, I’m not sure they have the wherewithal to get a grip on themselves and stand up to their own cowardice in which case, whatever rubble is left behind will be there for the third world invaders that will surely be there to pick up the pieces. Goodbye Europe and if we ever fall to that level of fear, we can kiss our nation goodbye as well.
It doesn’t and it didn’t have to be that way because covid is manageable to some extent. Reality check: most people recover fine even when not vaccinated, most people with serious conditions or who are aged are the ones who developed serious cases, the same as with a host of other diseases. None of us are getting off this earth alive. Succumbing to Covid is not worth an act of suicide for your whole nation state and culture. It’s not worth your youth crushing their life with drugs or your menfolk blowing their brains out. It’s not worth the eliminating of a broad swath of human rights and freedoms because of fear of disease or death and yet that is precisely the course they are on. It is an example that we should not follow.
In the United States, there are cities, states and regions that are imbued with the same mass fears as the European states that are yet again panicking. That could be us. It’s not my purpose just now to deal with the great mountain of evidence that that this is all being planned and executed; I speak just to the collective visceral response to a disease. In the United States at this exact moment, further crackdowns would open the electoral trends against medical tyranny even further – progressive administrations-be-damned, but that is a transient safeguard. We’ve already committed the gravest instance of disenfranchisement since slavery with Biden’s bogus vaccine mandates. We won’t be safe until the pro-pandemic agents, i.e. Fauci, Gates, et al, until they’re driven from power and influence.
