Today I read a Newsmax news story that signals lights out for the United States. Biden has signaled his intension to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the corrupt World Health Organization (WHO) in matters related to ‘pandemics’. I’m aware that ‘pandemics’, at face value, are a limited scope of authority but this must be tempered by now real-world catastrophic history of how authority has been abused globally, applicable to Covid. This represents only the minimum possible going forward. I realize that this announcement is an intension and that it is not yet inked but I see no credible resistance. I also realize that it will be challenged, as a President cannot enter into treaties without the consent of two-thirds of the Senate. This of course will not happen and yet the treaty includes a clause to have immediate ‘provisional’ authority. Even with the protective force of a certain Senate denial of the WHO treaty, there is precedent that signals the treaty to become the force of law much in the same way that homeless squatters take over properties for years, even with laws, because those laws favor the law breaker and burden the property owner for years until they default, give up or go bankrupt. This is especially true in the Biden years where that administration takes advantage of laborious processes to burden the country with woke actions while a challenge languishes in courts. Elections are a prime example. Until the squatter administration is fully turned out of office, there are dire ramifications from the WHO treaty.
What does it mean when we put the WHO in charge of our pandemic policy? Isn’t this really benign and limited in scope? How much damage could that do? It could do inestimable damage, lets count the ways:
If there is no pandemic, then there is no worry of authority, right? Wrong. As we’ve learned, a pandemic can be designed by the likes of Anthony Fauci, ordered – from China or our own labs – and released. From there, it can be exploited in an infinite number of ways; but a real deadly pathogen doesn’t even have to be deployed to declare a pandemic. A common bug can be elevated to ‘deadly’ status simply in rhetoric. The lethality of the flu can be hyped and or subjective as per ‘experts’. The press can, as directed, publicize any number of acute or routine pathogens into epidemic or pandemic proportion. Keep in mind, that all real fixed scientific standards were either obliterated or politicized with Covid. True science is no longer necessary to declare a pandemic; all it takes is the will of a consensus of politicians and the willful obedience of experts and the press to declare any health emergency. There is no burden of proof for rebuttal because there’s no longer a neutral platform for scientific inquiry once politics and money are involved. Universities? Hell no. Science journals? All dissent is banned. Congress? What? And hold ‘hearings’? Cabinet officials? Of course not. They’re just warm yes-men bodies in a Democrat administration. The only hedge against the present scale of federal malfeasance is conservative state governments and legislatures, federalism. That. Is. All. We can no longer even rely on kicking the can down the road to the next election because there is no proof that conservatives are capable of winning in states that have institutionalized corrupt elections, particularly in swing states.
The first and most sweeping usage of such an ‘administrative law’ would be in the mandating of masks and vaccines. It would not matter that either would not have any effectiveness or that either might do more actual harm; this is becoming increasingly clear of the Covid vaccines and mandates. Vaccine mandates have and will again be used as a weapon to cordon off, punish and impoverish the enemies of the administration. It has been duly noted that conservatives do not like vaccines shoved down their throat. There’s no better reason to mandate them and to then use their non-compliance as a pretense to remove them from their jobs, professional positions, and ultimately, the whole digital platform underlying everything, down to banks, money and stored wealth. The far left in fact would dearly hope for the non-compliance of conservatives under such an arrangement. WHO mandates would provide the legal framework to enforce this over the entirety of the United States with impunity, by a simple signature.
How many ways can WHO, in conjunction with an administration that has willfully turned over national sovereignty to the globalist, how else could they pervert this beyond ‘a pandemic? By the scope-creep afforded by language. If the WHO decides to mandate that ‘gun violence’ is a ‘pandemic’, even though firearms have nothing to do with epidemiology, they could mandate full citizen disarmament and a radical leftist like the Biden administration would gleefully attempt to comply. This line of logic and language has already been tried by our own domestic health agencies, but without the cooperation of the full legislatures. Divorced from legislative oversight, the Biden-ites would certainly attempt a bum rush to make it happen. This would set off a show down of civil war proportions between at least 30 states and the federal government.
What else could be mandated under similar abuse of language and logic? How about equity – meaning redistribution of wealth? That’s a ‘pandemic’ isn’t it? If you say, “of course not”, you don’t realize the extent that the destruction of language has already set off anarchy in the culture wars, now to be followed by hard decisions in the political realm.
Could it really be this bad? Every consequence I site has recent precedent, meaning those effects have either been attempted or successfully deployed. The WHO treaty is a huge new weapon in this war. Joe Biden is handing over the sovereignty of the United States to a world body of deeply corrupt bureaucrats that are licking their chops over the dividing of spoils that is us. There is no reason to do so except to obey and deliver to the overlords from which he’s received his thirty pieces of silver in some form. Perhaps the courts may intervene, and certainly, numerous, maybe many states will throw up such resistance once concrete measures are imposed by WHO. This will lend credence to the parties, left and right, that see a national divorce as inevitable. It doesn’t have to go that path, but even if the senile Biden doesn’t care, when his pen hits that paper, he owns the root cause of that said divorce.
